Highly Recommend for Family Getaway

The spacious lobby immediately caught my eye! ! There’s a big fountain that sets the mood right when you walk in, and the staff greeted us like we were family! We had a Royal Suite with a lake view that was just breathtaking. The living room was stocked with a mini-bar and a sofa that turned into a bed for the kids! Can’t forget the balcony, perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in the backwater views.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what we got in return.

The hotel feels dated, with visible wear and tear in the rooms. The gym facilities are poorly maintained and have a lack of cleanliness, with signs of neglect such as spider webs and wasp nests on windows. Air conditioning in rooms underperforms, and there were issues with room cleanliness, including stained sheets and broken furniture. The houseboat experience costs more than the rooms themselves, which feels unbalanced for the value provided.

Had an amazing time with my friends! The buffet breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed our stay in the Premium King Room with a fantastic lake view. We also took a shikara ride, which was great value for the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was that the bathtub in our suite lacked a drain cover as we couldn't use it.

I recently stayed in a lovely Premium King Room Lake View Non-Smoking for 2 nights. The view of the backwater was truly breathtaking, making it the highlight of my trip. Breakfast had a wide variety of options that changed daily, which kept it interesting. the room service was quite slow at times, and I think they could improve on that aspect.
